Glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP) reinforcements are useful alternatives to traditional steel bars in concrete structures, particularly vertical structural elements such as columns, they less prone corrosion, and impart increasing strength endurance of buildings. There is limited research on the finite element analysis (FEA) behavior hollow glass reinforced (GFRPRC) columns. The portion can be used for service duct reducing self-weight members.
